- Payments & Refunds
Payments: Fees are clearly listed at the time of booking or registration. Subscription or package plans may involve recurring billing.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

What you share in a coaching session stays confidential. We do not share or disclose your information unless:

• There’s a risk of serious harm to you or someone else

- Intellectual Property
All content provided by Kervinheart LLC—including videos, audio, downloads, and branded materials—is our intellectual property. You may not reuse or distribute this content without written permission.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, disrupt group spaces, or engage in inappropriate conduct.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services. You understand that coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes are not guaranteed.
